    svg Generate timely messages and facilitate access and create communication channels where a continuous and transparent dialogue between the company and its customers and consumers can be maintained, with the intention of informing, educating and addressing complaints and/or suggestions. All relevant information for decision-making about the product must be duly translated so that all customers and consumers can understand it.

    svg Consumer health and safety protection must be sought at all times and education about the product and responsible consumption must be promoted.

    svg Transparently inform customers and consumers about the economic, environmental and social impacts of their products and activities.
