Trends in Energy Solutions for 2023 - PERU

2023 presents a very interesting panorama for the development of energy solutions designed and oriented for each Economic Sector and for the needs of each CLIENT, accompanied by a growing demand for clean, sustainable and efficient energy worldwide. It tells us that trends in energy solutions are rapidly evolving, driven by leading energy developers.
Companies that are looking for innovative ways to meet the needs of consumers.

In this sixth installment of the #First Season of GEM, we will address the most promising energy solutions with the greatest possibility of adaptation to the Peruvian market, such as:

  • Digitization: led by solutions for the measurement and collection of information on the different energy variables in real time, seeking to integrate energy generation systems and assets into a smart grid, making it possible to lay the foundations for strengthening a "Collaborative Economy".
  • Distributed Generation: as a business model that provides facilities and a regulatory framework for associations, condominiums, districts, and communities to deploy shared systems that provide reliability, efficiency, and economic incentives.
  • Specialized solar solutions: driven by the particular needs of CLIENTS, such as distance from the electricity grid, contribution to sustainability with energy efficiency projects, and taking advantage of the geographical potential provided by the solar resource.
  • Electrified Transport: grounded in regulatory facilities, financing schemes and a development of technical capacities so that more units and more CUSTOMERS opt for sustainable and shared transport "Carpooling" as the first option.

There is no doubt that 2023 will be marked by the leadership that energy companies and a more informed civil society propose to develop more renewable energy projects, such as wind and solar, the adoption of energy storage technologies, such as batteries, and the implementation of energy efficiency measures, seeking to integrate: technology, collaborative economics and care for the environment. This is how the concept of PROSUMER was born.
